I made a wonderful pasta dish tonight. It was the same as every week but with 1 extra condiment. Yes, capers! Capers add an incredibly great flavour, reminds me of how gherkin/calabrese in pasta/pizza. Personally i think it tastes a little like a gherkin. Not the sweet ones but the kind of chilli ones. Like when my grandma puts gherkins/tomatoes / cucumbers/chilis in water and does that pickling process to make them really salty and adds that nice salty spice. SALTY SPICE!
